Nature & Purpose Of PositionThe SHSU Department of Art Galleries are hiring for the position of Gallery Attendant. The position offers up to 20 hours per week. Requirements and duties are listed below:
Requirements- Students must be a declared SHSU art major
- Student must have a GPA no lower than 3.0
- Student must be willing to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Greet and monitor visitors to gallery during open hours
- Assist with art installation, de-installation, and gallery repair as needed
- Follow all University and gallery policies during working hours
Must be Work Study eligible
