The SHSU Department of Art Galleries are hiring for the position of Gallery Attendant. The position offers up to 20 hours per week. Requirements and duties are listed below:

• Students must be a declared SHSU art major
• Student must have a GPA no lower than 3.0
• Student must be willing to work weekends and evenings as needed

• Greet and monitor visitors to gallery during open hours
• Assist with art installation, de-installation, and gallery repair as needed
• Follow all University and gallery policies during working hours
