  • Nature & Purpose Of Position: Provides support to administrative staff in the Office of Educator Preparation (EPP) in the College of Education (COE). Supports the overall daily management of correspondence with prospective students (e.g., email, phone calls) and responds to inquiries in a timely manner. Assist Director of Innovative Partnerships and Administrative Coordinator for Field Experience, Pathways, & Partnerships with collecting, reconciling and maintaining data as may be required relating to Fields I, II, III and IV placements.

    Assist with planning and coordinating events, meetings, conferences, Fall and Spring Orientations. Assist with compiling data for reporting and distribution within the department and school district partnerships. Work with data reporting, analysis and presentation. Responsible for answering multi-line phones, including transferring calls and direction of phone calls. Maintaining office supply inventory, copying, sorting, scanning, and assisting with various office projects

Qualifications
  • Qualifications include ability to work in a team environment, excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills, effective communication skills, and proficient Computer Skills.
  • Must understand and agree to maintain confidentiality of all student information, including academic records, personal details, and disciplinary records, accessed during employment and will not disclose such information to any unauthorized person, either verbally, in writing, or electronically, except as required by law or with explicit written permission from the appropriate authority.
  • The Office of Educator Preparation (EPP) in the College of Education (COE) office is committed to flexibility based on students’ schedules and offers multiple days off a year, including all student holidays, to ensure continued flexibility and a commitment to student success.
  • Professionalism, excellent customer service skills, and willingness to learn are essential for this position, as this position is a representation of the Office of Educator Preparation (EPP) in the College of Education (COE).
