Nature & Purpose Of PositionThis position provides support for the Facilities Planning & Construction Department.
Responsibilities- General clerical work such as filing and data input will be required.
- Assists with the digital updates of building blueprints and campus maps.
- Produces prints of maps and building layouts as requested.
- Helps organize the department plans room.
- The ability to use office machines: computer, copier, and scanner will be required.
- Student must possess ability to use Microsoft Office Programs.
- Must be a self-starter, responsible, reliable, punctual, and able to maintain workplace confidentiality.
- Organized, ability to type, use office machines, have experience with Microsoft Office suite.
- Keep an organized and professional work environment.
- Student should be a self-starter, able to follow instructions, and takes pride in their work.
- Ability to alphabetize and maintain electronic databases and physical files.
- Must be a team player and build good working relationships with staff, coworkers, and superiors, along with guests in the office.
- Student will provide quality customer service on a daily basis to Facilities Management Staff, Customers, and end users whether it is written, verbal, or in person.
- Be willing to learn and adapt to a fast paced working environment.
Must have your own transportation to and from work.
