Nature & Purpose Of PositionProvide direct professional assistance to the Administrative Assistants and the Department Chair for the Department of Art. This includes serving in a capacity of being “first impression” and “setting the tone” of the Department with all visitors to the office. The student worker will have frequent contact with students and student files, they will respect FERPA guidelines. They should be detailed oriented, complete tasks in a timely manner, and be self-motivated.
ResponsibilitiesJob Responsibilities:
- Assist with answering telephones, filing and running errands on campus. Greet office guests, answer questions and direct them to proper individual(s)
- Data entry into Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet. Distribute incoming mail. Assist in monitoring and restocking-needs of office supplies. Other duties as assigned
