Assist members of the Military Science Department with daily tasks. This position requires basic clerical skills and the ability to interact with members of the department on a professional level. Knowledge of Excel and Word are required. Student worker hours are flexible, but the expected workload is 10-15 hours per week.
Responsibilities- General office-support duties including photocopying, shredding, scanning, document creation, and updating various departmental databases.
- Delivering documents to various departments on campus; aiding in the organization of various files; filing.
- Assist ROTC Cadre and perform other duties as assigned.
- Basic clerical skills and professional interaction with department members.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Hours flexible; workload approximately 10-15 hours per week.
