Student Employee - Auxiliary Services - Student Worker

The Office of Auxiliary Services is seeking highly motivated and professional Student Assistants to support the office's daily operations. This position offers an opportunity to gain exposure to campus wide services and learn how to work in a fast-paced administrative environment.

• Support administrative tasks including document preparation, photocopying, scanning, and secure shredding of confidential materials
• Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies; assist with organization of storage areas and meeting spaces
• Execute on-campus and occasional off-campus errands with efficiency and reliability
• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries to the Auxiliary Services office and the Bearkat Bundle office in a courteous, informed, and timely manner
• Provide general support to leadership and administrative staff as needed
• Help create marketing materials for Auxiliary Services office and departments within Auxiliary Services, as well as manage and update social media postings
• Work with vendors when needed to maintain functioning vending machines
• Represent the Auxiliary Services office by tabling at Orientations and other campus events
