Student Employee - Dean of Students' Office - Office Assistant

The Dean of Students' Office is looking for a motivated and dependable Student Assistant to support our programs, events, and initiatives that serve and engage the student body.

• Contribute to a variety of student-centered programs and campus initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with full-time staff and other student employees.
• Develop professional skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

• Provide general office support (e.g., answering phones, greeting visitors, managing supplies).
• Assist in planning and executing departmental events and workshops.
• Support the implementation of outreach efforts and student engagement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by department staff.

• Ability to work 18-25 hours per week, depending on department needs.
• Available Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend hours.
• Must be available to work during semester breaks, especially in the summer.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
