Beast Mode Truckin – Full Time (Immediate Start)

We invite applications from those who possess relevant experience or have recently completed their training at a driving school. Whether you are a seasoned professional or a newly qualified driver, we welcome your application to deliver freight using our 53' Dry Van Trailers primarily within the Eastern Regional area.

• Make deliveries using 53' Dry Van Trailers within the Eastern Regional area.
• Operate the vehicle safely and efficiently while adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe driving record and comply with all transportation regulations.
• Participate in a 4–6 week training program with a trainer if less than 6 months of experience.
• Undergo bi‑weekly home time (12 days out, 2 days home) and a one‑day orientation at the nearest hub (paid $300).
• Maintain a 7 mpg fuel economy and avoid incidents to earn a safety bonus.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen (urine and hair).

• Class A CDL with a minimum of 120 hours of accredited truck driving school training.
• Minimum age 21 with a valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record (no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the past 5 years).
• No DUI in the last 5 years.
• No prior termination for any reason.
• At least 10 years of work history with no major gaps, including a maximum of 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years.
• Willingness to drive during day or night shifts.
• Ability to work 12‑day shifts with 2 days home.

• Weekly pay $1,200 – $1,400 (depending on experience).
• Rate per mile $0.55 – $0.65.
• $15 per stop pay.
• Trainees (under 6 months experience) paid $650 per week for 4–6 weeks (OTR).
• Full benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), PTO) commence after 30 days of employment.
