We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Hitting Instructor. Will be responsible for teaching the Gswing to baseball and softball players. They are an essential component of our customer experience. They are also motivated by helping our clients achieve the highest levels of success.
Responsibilities:- Conduct hitting sessions for baseball and softball players.
- Analyzing performance metrics to monitor progress for improvement.
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with players & parents.
- Using technologies like high-speed cameras and data analytics tools to enhance training and provide detailed insights.
- Fostering a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes learning, growth, and confidence among players.
- A minimum of 2 years of collegiate baseball experience
- High energy individual
- Open to growing rapidly
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
