The Aerospace Systems Group within the Defense System Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Full Stack Software Engineer supporting the RF Engineering portfolio in Huntsville, AL. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience in software development and software maintenance for advanced RF systems that provide critical information to customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing the software engineering for full stack software, including the design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of software programs for enhancements and new software‑intensive systems and products. Duties include software requirements analysis, analysis of hardware compatibility, development of software products and tools used for design, development and maintenance of infrastructure, and platforms.

• Bachelors in CS, Software, Electrical, Computer Engineering or similar degree with 4 years of experience; or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Fluent in Python with Django experience.
• Database Experience – such as Postgre
  
  SQL.
• Front‑end JavaScript frameworks such as Vue.js.
• Git version Control and experience with software design.
• Comfortable with Linux OS.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Requires current TS clearance and the ability & willingness to obtain a TS/SCI Poly in the future.

• Experience with message queues, containerization such as Pod Man or Docker, Java, C++, and Agile development.
• Current TS/SCI CI Poly clearance.
