An exciting new Lockheed Martin program is seeking an experienced Software Manager to be part of a team developing missile defense technology that could forever change our ability to deter and respond to adversity.

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full‑time Software Engineer. In this role, you will lead software engineering teams through the software development lifecycle following the program Software Development Plan (SDP) to include requirements analysis, object‑oriented analysis & design, code & unit test, integration, and support to formal test/delivery.

• Experience working embedded software development
• Experience leading software development teams
• Experience managing software development projects
• Experience with Earned Value Reporting

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Agile/Dev Sec Ops
• Experience working with US Government Customers
• Experience presenting formal software materials to customer audiences

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $113,900 – $200,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
