- 12 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree; 10 years with a Master’s Degree; 8 years with a PhD or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.
- Active U.S. Government DoD SECRET Security clearance at time of application, current and maintained throughout employment.
- Ability to obtain Program Special Access within twelve months of hire; justification required if not possible within this time frame.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Software Development.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Software Architecture.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Software Process and Governance.
- Minimum 2 years experience with CI/CD workflows using Git Lab or similar tools (Git Hub, Azure, Jenkins) and artifact management systems (Nexus or similar).
- Minimum 2 years experience managing technical deliveries to cost and schedule commitments.
- Experience as Cost Account Manager (CAM) or Work Package Lead.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and Agile development tools.
- Experience working with multi‑domain networks and synchronization across complex platforms.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Security+ or equivalent certification.
Primary Level Salary Range: $ – $. Salary is based on scope, responsibilities, and candidate experience. Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, discretionary bonuses, and long‑term incentives, as well as company‑paid holidays and paid time off.
