Field Service Technician

Base pay range: $85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

We’re recruiting for a Field Service Technician in Huntsville, AL. This role handles the maintenance, repair, and calibration of field equipment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a strong customer service mindset and a commitment to quality work.

• Performs diagnostic analysis, repairs, and preventative maintenance on customer equipment in the field.
• Completes detailed field reports documenting time, work performed, and observations.
• Conducts system audits and evaluations on-site to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Follows all company safety protocols and participates in ongoing training programs.

• 5+ years of experience installing, maintaining, and repairing machines or technical equipment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed for field assignments.
• Physical capability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
