Role Description
This is a full time, on-site role, that does require occasional travel throughout the southeast. We are currently hiring to fill immediate roles in the Huntsville, Alabama and Robins Air Force Base, Georgia areas for Electrical Superintendents and Electricians. Electrical Superintendents will manage and supervise electrical projects, ensuring timelines, safety, and quality standards are met. Electricians will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems in accordance with project requirements and safety regulations.
We typically pay above average compensation for ideal candidates. Both roles require collaboration with team members and stakeholders to achieve successful project completion. We also are very interested in any committed apprentices. We are willing to provide apprentices with the resources they need to become tomorrow’s leaders.
Qualifications
- Supervisory
Skills:
Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, ensuring work is completed safely and according to quality standards. - Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in electricity, electrical contracting, and troubleshooting electrical systems. - Engineering Knowledge:
Understanding of electrical engineering principles and their practical application in complex systems. - Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and related technical documents.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and codes related to the electrical industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality work.
- Relevant certifications and licenses in the electrical trade are highly preferred.
- Experience working on Federal Government contracts is an advantage.
