General Job Description

IES Residential is seeking a Residential Service Technician (Single Family) in Huntsville, AL. We’re looking for licensed professionals with single-family home experience who are recognized for their skill, safety, and quality workmanship.

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, service calls, and repairs in single-family residential homes.
• Work in compliance with NEC Codes and OSHA safety standards.
• Diagnose issues accurately and complete repairs efficiently.
• Deliver top-tier customer service on every job.
• Maintain strict safety and quality standards.

Minimum Years Of

Experience:

2-4

• Valid Alabama Journeyman Electrician License (Required).
• 2+ years of experience as a Residential Service Technician (SF).
• Proven single-family residential service background.
• Recognized as a Premier Service Technician (or equivalent proven track record).
• Strong NEC Code knowledge and troubleshooting expertise.
• Commitment to quality work and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must pass a drug test and background check.
• Valid driver’s license required.
