Overview
Within our extensive family of companies, your current team will have the opportunity to advance their careers and take on new and more senior roles. Employee experience includes opportunities for movement to higher positions, changes introduced by a partnership with LMC Landscape Partners, and the rollout of new operational software and additional resources to the team. The transition has brought new programs and benefits for employees, including mentorship and enhanced support services.
The intent is to provide mid-level managers with opportunities that would not be available if we stayed stagnant, and to open doors that align with career growth.
It opened up a lot of doors I didn’t know were available to me. There’s been a lot of changes that came with the transition, mostly implementing new programs and benefits for employees, which was a major plus of having the partners come into the company. We are excited about continuing growth and development through the partnership.
