• Report to the Mitigation Project Manager, attend daily meetings to determine the daily schedule, and complete assignments for the day.
• Take direction from the Lead Technician, including demolition, cleanup, and loading/unloading work vehicle.
• Work in confined spaces and handle hazardous material.
• Maintain a neat, clean job site following all OSHA requirements and Apex policies and procedures.

• Skilled in communication, organization, teamwork, accuracy, attention to detail, time management.
• Learn, implement, and maintain an understanding of mitigation operations and procedures.
• Foster positive relationships with team members and clients, referring customer questions to the Mitigation Superintendent.
• Ensure job site is clean and safe.
• Willing to work 48+ hours per week when needed.
• Be on call during catastrophic events.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of insurance claim procedures, standards, and guidelines is a plus.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Ability to enter confined spaces and climb ladders.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• No felony convictions.

• $17-18 per hour.
