Parking Enforcement Officer ; Grade 10

Overview

The City of Huntsville’s Parking Department is seeking qualified applicants to fill the Parking Enforcement Officer I position(s). This is routine work in enforcing city parking ordinances and includes patrolling a designated area, issuing tickets and citations for violations, and routine safety patrol and surveillance at special events.

• Patrol a designated area of the city to enforce parking ordinances.
• Issue tickets and citations for parking violations to obtain compliance.
• Perform routine safety patrols and surveillance at special events as required.

• High school diploma or GED certificate, or any combination of education, training, and experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
