Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Tue 03:00 PM - 10:00 PM;
Thur 03:00 PM - 10:00 PM;
Fri 03:00 PM - 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem-solve to maintain order within the retail location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail store and its perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Maintain a visible presence to assist with customer inquiries and support a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity according to Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Work collaboratively with store management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related matters and support overall operations.
• Remain alert and adapt to changing conditions and site-specific needs.

• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen as allowed by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
