Our team is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated BDC Agent to join our Internet Department. • Respond promptly to internet, phone, and text inquiries from potential customers.
• Follow up with customers to schedule showroom appointments and confirm visits.
• Maintain accurate customer data and notes in CRM.
• Utilize dealership scripts and communication guidelines to ensure consistent messaging.
• Work closely with the management to hand off qualified leads and maximize appointment show rates.
• Conduct follow-up with existing customers for retention, satisfaction, and referral opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership’s brand professionally.

• Previous experience in automotive BDC, customer service, call center, or sales preferred but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and professional phone presence.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and team-player mindset.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to learn dealership processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
