Sales Development Representative
Salary: $42k Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $70k)
About the RoleMAD Security is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR/Setter) to be the first line of engagement with potential customers. This role focuses on qualifying leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and securing meetings for our Account Executive team - not closing deals. SDRs serve as the connection between Marketing and Sales, building a predictable pipeline and helping MAD Security scale.

- Use our parallel dialer and CRM sequences to manage high‑volume activity efficiently and smartly
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads according to our ideal customer profile and criteria
- Set and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives with contextual engagement notes
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow‑up tasks, supporting pipeline health and forecasting
- Participate in ongoing skills development and coaching to refine your approach

- Quality of leads qualified (internal feedback)
- Engagement conversion rates – not just raw activity numbers
- High work ethic (Monday‑Friday)

- Train with your coach daily
- Dial 5+ hours per day
- Manage your pipeline and follow‑up properly
- Admin work for data collection

- 12 sets per week
- 70% show rate
- 12 qualified opportunities per month
- 6+ months experience in an SDR/BDR role or general sales
- Self‑sufficient and able to properly manage one's own time
- Open to learning new sales processes
- Exceptional phone skills (this is a requirement)

Base salary $42k + uncapped commission (OTE $70k). Closers earn $150‑$200k+, top performing setters are eligible for promotion.
