Job OverviewThe Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, customer engagement, and territory expansion within an assigned region. This role blends relationship management, new business development, and consultative selling while collaborating closely with internal teams to meet and exceed sales objectives. The position is based in Huntsville, AL and offers a hybrid work model

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships across the assigned territory
- Manage the full sales cycle

Skills & Qualifications
Required (Must-Have):
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability in sales and account management
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
Preferred / Nice-to-Have:
- Prior experience in a territory sales or sales management role
- Experience delivering client or team training
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
