With our high-conversion lead pipeline and top-tier commission structure, our Estimators consistently earn $100K–$150K+ annually—often outperforming competitors who offer a base salary. We provide scheduled, qualified appointments and the tools you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct roof inspections and assess damage for residential customers.
• Present solutions and generate estimates using our tools and templates.
• Meet with pre-scheduled leads (we provide the appointments).
• Educate homeowners on their options and guide them through the process.
• Handle contract negotiation and close sales professionally.
• Track interactions and progress through our CRM and estimating software.
• Work closely with our team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Occasionally assist during storm events or emergency inspection needs.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience:Prefer 1+ years of sales or estimating experience in roofing, construction, or home services.
• Willing to Train:Motivated individuals with strong sales instincts who are eager to break into the roofing industry—we’ll provide the training you need to build a successful, high-earning career.
• Customer-Focused:You listen first, educate clearly, and sell ethically.
• Self-Driven:You own your calendar and income. You don’t wait for opportunities—you make them.
• Physically Capable:Comfortable climbing ladders and walking roofs.
• Resilient:You handle objections, learn from losses, and stay focused.
• Technologically Proficient:Familiar with CRMs, estimating tools, or willing to learn.
• Professional & Ethical:We only hire people we’d trust with our own homes.
• Truck Preferred:To transport ladders and equipment to job sites.
