In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases and ensuring there are carts ready and available. You will also assist our members with loading their vehicles and supporting a great member experience. This means you are constantly on your feet and on the go.

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are completed, contacting members for delays and informing them of unavailable products. Offer alternative options when needed and ensure products are packaged according to company policies.
• Distribute items to members at pickup time; resolve issues and promote company products and services.
• Maintain facility safety via sweeps, handling merchandise correctly, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, assist with purchasing decisions, process purchases, handle payments, use cash registers, locate merchandise, zone areas, assist with container transport, retrieve carts with equipment, maintain parking lot cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical standards using the Open Door Policy.
• Complete work assignments and priorities, collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers, identify priorities, communicate progress, recommend improvements, adapt to change.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00*.

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
