Overview
Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

What you'll do- Develops and supports Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
- Maintains safety of Facility by following all safety standards procedures and guidelines including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, and handling/disposal of hazardous materials; reports unsafe situations to Management.
- Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring order and invoice accuracy, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicates progress and opportunities for improvement; adapts to change and feedback.
- Provides Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company’s products and services.
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; applies the Open Door Policy in executing business processes and practices.
- Contributes to a respectful and inclusive workplace by embracing differences and fostering a culture of belonging; acts with integrity and accountability; supports the company’s goals and standards.
