The member assist – cart attendant role focuses on maintaining a well-kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, ensuring carts are available, and supporting members loading their vehicles. You will be on your feet and on the go, rain or shine, sleet or snow, to deliver a great member experience.
Base pay range$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr
ResponsibilitiesYou will make an impact by:
- Maintaining a positive attitude by smiling, greeting and thanking members
- Providing exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have
- Maintaining a clean, neat, and member-ready area
You will also be responsible for:
- Ensuring club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup time is delayed
- Informing members when products are unavailable and offering alternative options
- Ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup
- Resolving member issues and concerns; promoting products and services
- Locating and organizing merchandise and maintaining parking lot cleanliness
- Providing assistance with payments, cashiering, and cart retrieval in accordance with company policies
Ensure club pick up orders are filled, assist members with purchasing decisions, process purchases, assist with payments according to policies and procedures for different membership and payment types, and use cash registers as needed. Maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist with transporting items. Follow safety procedures and report unsafe situations.

Additional informationThe hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Premiums may be paid in addition under certain circumstances.
