Multiple RolesAll team members are cross-trained and expected to be able to perform the functions of multiple position types during a given shift.
Responsibilities- Guest Service:
Put a smile on every guest’s face through your role; welcome guests, build lasting relationships, and anticipate needs. - Food Service:
Deliver an excellent food service experience; prepare, sell, or help guests find items with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. - Problem Solving:
Understand teammates and guests’ needs, take action to find answers, resolve issues, and communicate improvements. - Cleaner & Fresher:
Maintain a pristine environment and uphold brand standards for cleanliness, safety, and friendliness. - Cashier:
Read and respond to guests’ needs; operate the cash register, stock, clean facilities, and support promotions in a fast-paced environment. - Host/Hostess:
Create an exciting, welcoming atmosphere; coordinate with kitchen via Made to Order program; engage guests with samples and promotions; assist with orders and loyalty enrollment. - Food Service Team Member/Prep Cook:
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and brand standards; oversee kitchen duties including ordering, rotation, and inventory.
Minimum Qualifications
- 18+
- Clear communication
- Able and willing to lift and stock inventory up to 50 pounds
- Accountable
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Team-first attitude
- Coachable
- Ability to stand on your feet during entire shift
- Able to perform basic math functions
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior C-Store, retail, food service, or customer service experience
- Bilingual
- Desire for personal and professional advancement
- Shift flexibility
- Weekend availability
