Retail Store Associate - Full Time - Huntsville Location

Join IKEA’s retail team as a full‑time Retail Store Associate in Huntsville. You will help customers find the best home furnishings and guide them through every step of the shopping experience.

• Approach customers actively and advise them on the best solutions for their homes.
• Keeps your area clean, tidy, priced and fully stocked to give customers a positive shopping experience.
• Can’t overstate how important passion for IKEA products and personal product knowledge is – share this knowledge to help customers make informed choices.
• Build furniture as needed for in‑stock or new product launches, commercial calendar implementation and remodels.
• Receive inbound goods, ensure inventory accuracy and flow products to final selling location.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently and provide the customer with a simple, smooth returns and exchange experience.
• Serve all IKEA Food menu items and follow food handling, cleanliness, sanitation and workplace safety guidelines.

• 1 year of retail experience, preferably in the home‑furnishing sector.
• 1 year of experience actively selling through understanding customers and their needs.
• Demonstrated ability to approach customers and provide personalized service.

Permanent, Full‑time – 34 to 40 hours a week (Nights, weekends and holidays availability is required).

Pay Range: $17.77 – $25.31.
