Position: (USA) Personal Shopper - Sam's

Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Position Summary

Your role will focus on supporting and promoting Sam’s Club membership, ensuring member satisfaction, and maintaining safety and operational standards across the facility.

Responsibilities

Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits and promoting the value of Company products and services. Process Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participate in sales and marketing events, and make efforts to meet Membership goals.

Maintain safety of the Facility by following all safety standards procedures and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, and handling and disposing of hazardous materials. Correct and report unsafe situations to Management.

Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy and invoices, securing items until Members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise to meet Member needs.

Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners. Identify priorities, deadlines and expectations, carry out tasks, communicate progress and information, determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapt to change.

Provide Member service by acknowledging the Member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company's products and services.

Comply with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Maintain a workplace culture that respects the Individual by embracing differences in people, cultures, ideas and experiences; building strong and trusting relationships; and communicating with impact, energy and positivity. Strengthen the team by mentoring others and recognizing contributions.

Compensation

$17.00 to $24.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
