The Retail Associate role involves cigarette stamping, order processing, and ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, processing transactions, assisting with purchases, and handling inquiries, returns, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Accurately process sales through the POS system, verifying pricing, quantities, and product availability.
• Carefully perform cigarette stamping in compliance with state and company regulations.
• Pick, pack, and process wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy in counts, pricing, and timely completion.
• Maintain inventory by restocking shelves, assisting with counts, and reporting discrepancies.
• Keep the cash and carry area, retail floor, and warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions with accuracy.
• Support team members and management with additional tasks as needed.

• Previous experience in retail, wholesale, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and computer skills for order entry and transactions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
