E-Commerce Associate

Algonquin Outfitters is hiring an
Ecommerce Associate
to join our team in
Huntsville
. Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager you’ll help ensure our online store is accurate, responsive, and running smoothly so customers can get the right gear and get outside.

• Assist with
  product listings
  (titles, descriptions, and photos)
• Ensure online listings are
  accurate, complete, and up to date
• Respond to
  customer inquiries
  via email and online platforms
• Work with store teams to support
  smooth order fulfillment
• Help with
  online order processing
  , picking, packing, and shipping
• Contribute to a
  fun, inclusive, team-focused
  work environment

• Strong
  attention to detail
  and accuracy
• Experience with
  data entry
  (ecommerce experience is an asset)
• Comfort using
  Microsoft Excel
  and spreadsheets
• Strong
  time management
  , organization, and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and
  prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with
  POS systems
  is an asset
• Retail experience is an asset

Retail and ecommerce move quickly especially during peak seasons. This role requires availability to work some
weekends and holidays
.
