As a highly skilled freelance sales associate you will provide make‑up application, skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations, combining creative and technical expertise with passion for people to create a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers. You will also work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact with in‑store events and ensure the store always achieves our high visual merchandising standards.

• Retail experience preferred; beginners with high creative and technical expertise welcome.
• Must deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country required if invited to interview.

Hourly range: $21.60 to $32.40. Exact rate depends on experience, skills, education, and budget.
