Job Summary

The Senior Analyst, Operations Training Execution, Field is responsible for delivering comprehensive training, coaching, and operational support to company‑owned and franchise restaurants. This role focuses on enhancing in‑restaurant team capabilities, improving operational performance, and ensuring consistent guest experiences across all locations. By working directly with restaurant managers, franchisees, and field teams, this role supports onboarding, training, and implementation of operational standards in line with brand initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Conduct on‑site visits to train restaurant teams on operational standards, providing one‑on‑one coaching and personal instruction.
  • Deliver both virtual and classroom‑based training sessions, focusing on core competencies in operations and guest satisfaction.
