Part-Time Dining Services Dishwasher and Utility Worker

• Maintain Kitchen Sanitation.
• Stocking Truck Deliveries.
• Other duties as needed and assigned by the Dining Services Director.

• Sanitation of all kitchen and dining room dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and cookware.
• Meeting all compliance standards for sanitation in the kitchen, storage areas, dining room, and service halls.

• Ability to read and interpret written work orders.
• Knowledge of mechanical landscaping equipment.
• Ability to stand, crouch, and kneel for extended periods.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques.
