• Greet and seat guests in the restaurant and banquet areas with professionalism and warmth
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards and procedures
• Assist in setting up and breaking down banquet events, including arranging tables, linens, and tableware
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of service areas before, during, and after service
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to coordinate service flow and guest needs
• Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations

• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Previous experience in restaurant or banquet service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
