Rosie’s Mexican Cantina – University Drive

Locally owned
• 30+ years of great food
• Fun, fast-paced kitchen

What You’ll Do

Prep ingredients & follow recipes
Cook, grill, sauté, fry & plate dishes accurately
Keep kitchen clean, organized & sanitized
Assist with dishwashing & general cleaning
Maintain speed & consistency during busy shifts
Work closely with kitchen & service teams
Follow all food safety & health guidelines

What We’re Looking For

Kitchen experience preferred (but not required!)
Fast-paced, efficient worker
Strong teamwork & communication
Reliable attendance
Able to lift 40 lbs & stand long periods
Available nights, weekends & holidays

Schedule

Full-time & part-time available
Lunch & dinner shifts
Flexible scheduling
