Community Health Systems - ONE HOSPITAL DRIVE SOUTHWEST [Busser / Porter / Cleaner] As a Dishwasher at CHS, you'll:
Be responsible for providing clean and sanitized dishes for the service to both the patients of the hospital as well as the cafeteria customers;
Clean and sanitize all cooking utensils and cookware that is used by the cook staff during their meal preparation;
Perform a variety of routine duties related to the preparation and serving of food;
Be responsible for assisting with the cleanliness of the serving areas, kitchen, cafeteria, and dining room;
Record dish machine and 3 compartment sink temperatures.
