We’re looking for dependable team players who take pride in keeping things clean and running smoothly. No experience necessary—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized dish area to keep service running smoothly
• Clean and sanitize all dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen tools quickly and efficiently
• Handle hot pans, plates, and cooking equipment safely and effectively
• Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure proper chemical usage
• Lift and carry heavy pots, trash, and dish racks (up to 50 lbs)
• Work in wet, steamy, and sometimes slippery conditions—safety awareness is a must
• Take out trash and assist with overall cleanliness of the kitchen and back-of-house
• Support the kitchen by keeping all stations stocked with clean items
• Commit to 100% guest satisfaction by keeping operations behind the scenes running smoothly
