As bartender, you’ll greet and educate guests on our menu and beverage options. You should find enjoyment in learning about different beers and wines, enhancing flavor profiles and pairing food and drinks, and engaging guests to provide memorable experiences. You will be successful if you're welcoming and personable and always seeking ways to exceed patrons' needs and expectations. As a bartender you'll have a responsibility to our patrons and their safety and must have proper certification and a thorough understanding of current laws.
- Prepare alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant needs

Your job as cashier will be a blend of hospitality and operations. Aside from taking orders and processing payments, you'll often be responsible for making sure the front of the house is neat and orderly, restocking items, and answering the phone. The most important aspect of your work as Cashier is to provide accurate and friendly service to ensure guests will return.
- Greet guests and answer any questions
- Promote products and menu items
- Handle and process customer payments
- Issue receipts and refunds as necessary
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain a clean and tidy counter area
- Restock items needed for counter area
As the runner/expo, you are the lynch pin between the kitchen and guests, you'll be in constant motion ensuring plates are finished in the kitchen and food is delivered quickly and accurately to guests. You'll describe the food being presented and handle or communicate guest requests as they come up.
- Read tickets, finish orders and run food or delegate to a team member
- Describe item being dropped at the guest's table and ensure they are satisfied before returning to the kitchen
- Retrieve any items guests may need to accompany their meal
- Assist in side work during down times
