At our Huntsville, AL (35803) location, your eye for precision will keep critical aerospace and defense work moving forward. As an Aerospace Quality Data Package Specialist, you will be the steward of complete, accurate, and audit-ready data packs that uphold our highest quality standards.

You begin by reviewing a new project’s requirements, assembling drawings, certifications, and traceability records. Before lunch, you reconcile documentation, cross‑check details to ensure each item aligns with company standards. In the afternoon, you finalize a data package, verify revisions and log updates while keeping an eye on evolving industry best practices so every delivery is inspection‑ready.

• Compile, organize, and maintain data packs for a range of aerospace and defense projects.
• Ensure each data package is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards.
• Stay current on quality assurance standards and best practices to continuously improve documentation quality.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in quality assurance or a closely related role.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical abilities.
• Clear communicator and effective collaborator.
• Comfort working independently and within a team setting.
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
