We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Development Coordinator (LPN) to join our leadership team and play a key role in supporting education, training, and professional growth for our Nurses and CNAs.

Position Overview:Staff Development Coordinator (LPN)
The Staff Development Coordinator (LPN) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supporting education and training initiatives for nursing and support staff. This role works closely with nursing leadership to ensure staff competency, regulatory compliance, and a strong culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:Plan, develop, and implement ongoing education and training programs for nursing and support staffConduct new employee orientation and assist with onboardingEvaluate staff competencies and coordinate required in-service trainingEnsure compliance with federal, state, and facility education and training standardsSupport infection control, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness initiativesServe as a clinical resource, mentor, and support to nursing staffMaintain accurate training documentation and records🏥
Qualifications:Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in AlabamaExperience in long-term care or working with the geriatric population requiredPrior experience supporting staff development or nurse education strongly preferredMinimum of three (3) years of nursing experienceStrong organizational and clerical skills with the ability to read reports and manage data accuratelyAbility to organize, plan, and coordinate education programsAbility to collaborate effectively with nursing leadership and other departments🎁 Benefits:
