The RN identifies patient needs and priorities for care through assessment, plans and delegates care based on patient needs, evaluates the patient’s response to care, and is accountable for outcomes during the assigned shift.

• Graduate of a state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi‑state licensure.

• Experience preferred; new graduates are accepted.

• BLS required before the conclusion of the orientation period.
• ACLS within one year of hire.
