Acts is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in our skilled nursing neighborhood. In this role, you will provide prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to residents, supervise nursing assistants, and coordinate care according to care plans.

• Current State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Current or eligible for certification in CPR
