Overview

Monte Sano Baptist Church, located in Huntsville, Alabama, is prayerfully seeking a full-time pastor to shepherd our congregation. Established in 1960, Monte Sano Baptist has a long history of faithful ministry and a deep commitment to the authority of Scripture and the mission of the local church.

Responsibilities

Feed the sheep through faithful preaching and teaching of God’s Word (John 21).
Equip the saints for the work of ministry (Ephesians
4).
Visit and pray over the sick (James 5:14).
Provide spiritual leadership through discernment, conflict resolution, and prayer (Acts 6; Acts 15).
Wise appointment, support, and utilization of deacons in service to the body (Acts
6).

Worship

Worship at Monte Sano Baptist includes traditional hymns alongside contemporary songs.

Compensation

Salary is based on education and experience, with a flexible total compensation package tailored to the pastor and family’s needs.
