Production Assistant

The Production Assistant supports daily production operations by assisting with material handling, equipment setup, quality checks, and general production tasks. This role helps ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Assist production operators with daily manufacturing tasks
• Prepare materials, tools, and workstations for production runs
• Monitor production processes and report issues to supervisors
• Perform basic quality inspections and document results
• Label, package, and move finished products as required
• Maintain a clean and organized production area (5S)
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Support inventory counts and material tracking as needed
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent preferred
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
• Previous manufacturing or production experience a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic math and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs with or without accommodation
• Repetitive motions such as bending, lifting, and reaching
• Manufacturing / warehouse setting
• Exposure to noise, machinery, and moving equipment
