Education & ExperienceEducation:
High School Diploma or GED.
Months/Years of
Experience:
Five (5) years of applicable experience supporting engineering or testing of hardware in the appropriate area of specialization; or two (2) years of applicable college/vocational/military/technical school and three (3) years of applicable experience in the assigned specialty area.
Must be a U.S. Citizen and have or be able to obtain a DoD security clearance.
Skills NeededNew hire will be capable of operating heavy equipment, able to lift 75 pounds, and willing to work in adverse weather conditions.
This technician will operate machinery to include - Class VII and below forklifts, drive tanks, operate earth moving equipment, and hold or obtain Class A CDL w/hazmat endorsement.
Welding and/or mechanical skills will be utilized on a daily basis.
This individual must be able to read, understand and adhere to all applicable SOP's and TSRA's.
Compliance with health mandates as dictated by the contract may be required as a condition of employment.
