• Leads and supports an assigned Production Area including safety, team focus on risk reduction, and improvements.
• Planning daily work and assigning resources and monitoring results.
• Hires, mentors, counsels, and coaches employees related to performance and company policies and procedures.
• Prioritizes and maintains production progress including workflow by observing steps in process; constraints in flow and equipment; monitoring staffing and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; facilitating corrections and recovery efforts of flow.
• Compiles reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, answering questions, and responding to requests.

• High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing leadership or supervisory role.
• Prior experience in a 24/7 production environment or aerospace manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools; 5S preferred.
• Willing to work an 2nd shift schedule as needed, including 24/7 coverage as needed.
