• Set up and run CNC mills and lathes to produce components to specification.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models to plan your approach.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to confirm parts meet required tolerances.
• Troubleshoot and maintain CNC equipment for reliable, repeatable performance.
• Accurately document production steps and maintain traceable records.
• Work safely, keep a clean station, and collaborate with teammates to deliver on schedule.

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining certificate/technical degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience with mills and lathes.
• Solid understanding of CNC programming concepts and G-code.
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools and gauges.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and team communication.
