• The machine/assembly operator reports to the shift supervisor. He/she is expected to operate a moulding machine, assembly machine or perform manual assembly duties in the most productive and efficient manner with due regard to safety.
• The operator is accountable for the quality of the products produced at the work station.
• The operator is responsible for communicating with shift to assure a smooth transition during shift change.
• The operator is responsible for reading and understanding the operator instructions at the workstation.
• Ensure that the workstation is clean at all times.

• Ability to take instruction
C. Required Skills
• Understanding of Kanban/labelling requirements.
• Ability to detect basic moulding defects such as sink, flash, etc.
• Excellent motor skills and dexterity.
• Understanding of key Quality & Environmental Management Systems procedures related to job function
• Forms, Tags and Labels governing job function
