en tant que
** Technicien/ne de fabrication** à l’industrialisation et à la production de nos lignes de produits horloges atomiques.
** Responsabilités
*** Production des horloges selon le plan de production
* Assemblage, intégration et réglage des produits selon les instructions de travail
* Conduire et valider les tests du produit selon spécifications, préparer la livraison client
* Test des cartes électroniques
* Ecrire ou compléter les instructions de travail et les documentations utilisées en production
* Prendre en charge dans l’ERP les transactions nécessaires à l’exécution des ordres de production
* Assurer un retour aux ingénieurs Industrialisation et responsable de Production sur les aspects de fabrication, test et rendements
* Remonter les informations garantissant la qualité du produit, et soutenir les actions de diagnostic & reprise des défauts
** Profil recherché
*** Vous disposez d’un Certificat Fédéral de Capacité en électronique, électrotechnique ou qualification équivalente
* Vous avez déjà une expérience de quelques années dans un environnement industriel de production, dans les domaines électronique, montage mécanique et/ou test
* A l’aise avec l’utilisation d’un ERP (SAP) et compréhension des flux de matériel dans une ligne de production
* Connaissance opérationnelle des outils IT standards
* Volonté d’intégrer une équipe de production avec la flexibilité nécessaire
* Excellente qualité et précision dans les tâches, importance allouée aux détails
* Prêt à apprendre de nouveaux processus via formation et acquisition de nouvelles compétences
* For intérêt pour l’amélioration continue et la résolution de problèmes
* Compétences pour lire et communiquer en anglais au niveau A2 – un avantage

** Production Technician
** to join our NPI Production team in
** Saint Blaise**. You will be part of a team that is responsible for industrialization and production of our atomic clock product lines.

** Principle duties and responsibilities
*** Production of clocks as required by the production plan
* Mechanical assembly, integration and tuning of products according to work instructions
* Conducting and validating product tests according to specifications, prepare deliveries to customers
* Test of electronic cards
* Writing or complementing work instructions and related production documentation
* Performing necessary steps in ERP as required for executing production orders
* Providing feedback on manufacturability, testability and yields to Industrialization engineers and Production manager
* Feedback product quality topics to team, and support on diagnosis and repair actions
** Knowledge, skills and experience required*** “Certificat Fédéral de Capacité” with focus in electronics or electrotechnics, or equivalent qualification
* A few years of experience within an industrial manufacturing environ ment covering electronics, mechanical assembly and electronic test
* ERP (SAP) user efficiency, understanding of material flows in a production line,
* Operational knowledge of standard IT tools
* Willingness to integrate a production team with the required level of flexibility
* Readiness to learn new processes via training and acquire new capabilities
* High degree of quality and accuracy for all tasks, show attention to details
* Interest for continuous improvement and problem solving
* Able to read and communicate in English level A2 – an advantage## ##
